GrafSets Terms of Use

Last updated: October 9, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the GrafSets app on iPhone, Apple Watch and Android. By downloading or using GrafSets, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

On iPhone and Apple Watch, these Terms replace Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA).

1. Who provides the app

GrafSets is provided by Guilherme Mazzei Graf, an individual, independent developer ("we", "us"). The app is part of the Graflogic brand.

2. What GrafSets does

GrafSets helps you with strength training: it counts sets and rest, lets you pick the exercise by name or from a list that ships with the app, saves routines and finished workouts, and shows your history. With your permission, it writes the workout and calories to the Health app (iPhone and Apple Watch) or to Health Connect (Android). On Apple Watch, it also reads your heart rate during the session.

3. Free and GrafSets Pro

Free: up to 3 routines (Free workout doesn't count toward the limit) and the last 7 days of history.

GrafSets Pro:

  • full history, with no time limit;
  • unlimited routines;
  • open, edit and share workouts from any date.

We may improve or change features over time. If we plan to remove an important Pro feature, we'll tell you in advance in the app or in the release notes whenever reasonably possible. If you got Pro before subscriptions, you keep Pro access.

4. Subscriptions (GrafSets Pro Monthly and Yearly)

  • Plans: GrafSets Pro Monthly (billed every month) and GrafSets Pro Yearly (billed once a year).
  • Price: shown in the app and in the store before you buy, in your local currency, including any taxes the store applies.
  • Payment: charged only by Apple (App Store) to your Apple Account, or by Google (Google Play) to your Google account, when you confirm the purchase. On the Yearly plan with a free trial, you're charged when the trial ends. We don't use any other payment processor and we never see your card details.
  • Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price until you cancel.
    • Apple: it renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
    • Google Play: you can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • How to cancel:
  • Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the store.
  • Price changes: follow Apple's and Google's notice and consent rules. The store notifies you in advance and, where its rules require, asks for your consent. If you don't consent, the subscription ends at the end of the paid period.
  • Switching plans (Monthly ↔ Yearly): the store's rules decide when the change takes effect and how the amount is adjusted.

5. 7-day free trial

  • Only the Yearly plan has a free trial, of 7 days.
  • The trial is available once per Apple or Google account, and only on your first GrafSets Pro subscription. Apple or Google decides whether you're eligible, under their rules.
  • If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you won't be charged.
  • If you subscribe to another plan during the trial, the unused part of the trial is forfeited.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Payments and refunds are processed by Apple or Google under their own policies. We don't receive your payment details, so we can't refund you directly.

Right of withdrawal (Brazil, Consumer Defense Code, art. 49): you may withdraw from a purchase within 7 days of signing up or being charged. Request the refund from the store:

We don't object to requests made within that period. If you need help, you can also contact us through support (section 1). Your other consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.

7. If you got Pro before subscriptions

If you got Pro before subscriptions, you keep Pro access.

8. If the app is discontinued

  • If you got Pro before subscriptions, you keep Pro access.
  • Active subscribers: we'll give you 30 days' notice and stop renewals. You won't be charged after that.

9. Your data and privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy, which prevails over these Terms for anything about data. In short:

  • GrafSets has no accounts and no login, and doesn't use ads or cross-app tracking.
  • Routines, finished workouts and preferences stay on your device. There is no GrafSets server.
  • With your permission, workouts and calories are written to the Health app or Health Connect, under those apps' rules.
  • With an Apple Watch, workout data goes directly between your iPhone and your paired Apple Watch (Apple's WatchConnectivity), never through a GrafSets server.
  • Purchases are processed only by Apple and Google.

10. Backups and data loss

GrafSets has no cloud backup of its own. If you delete the app, its data on that device is deleted. Data already written to the Health app or Health Connect follows those apps' rules.

The app's data may be included in your device's system backups (iCloud or computer backup on iPhone; Android Auto Backup / Google backup on Android). This is controlled by your device settings, and we have no access to those backups.

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for data lost when you delete the app, change devices, or when a device fails.

11. Health and safety

  • GrafSets is not a medical device and is not medical, nutrition or training advice.
  • Calories and heart rate are estimates and may be inaccurate.
  • Talk to a doctor or a qualified fitness professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have a health condition.
  • Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Know your limits and use equipment safely.

12. License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GrafSets on devices you own or control, under the usage rules of the store you got it from (including Family Sharing where the store allows it).

You may not:

  • copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the app;
  • reverse engineer it, except where the law allows;
  • bypass the GrafSets Pro lock or the purchase rules;
  • use the app for anything illegal.

The app, the GrafSets brand and the design belong to us. The routines and workouts you create are yours.

13. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GrafSets is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or work on every device.

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages or lost profits related to your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for GrafSets in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

14. Additional Apple terms (iPhone and Apple Watch)

If you downloaded GrafSets from the App Store, these terms also apply:

  • 1. Acknowledgement. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We alone are responsible for the app and its content.
  • 2. Scope of license. The license in section 12 applies to Apple-branded products you own or control, as allowed by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service. Accounts associated with the purchaser through Family Sharing or volume purchasing may also use the app.
  • 3. Maintenance and support. We, not Apple, are responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
  • 4. Warranty. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses due to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility, to the extent provided by law and these Terms.
  • 5. Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) claims that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws, including in connection with the app's use of HealthKit.
  • 6. Intellectual property. If a third party claims that the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging the claim.
  • 7. Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • 8. Contact. Send questions, complaints or claims about the app to the contact details in section 1 (name, address, email and support).
  • 9. Third-party terms. When you use the app, comply with any applicable third-party terms (for example, your wireless data service agreement).
  • 10. Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. When you accept these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

15. Google Play (Android)

If you downloaded GrafSets from Google Play, purchases are also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app.

16. Termination

You can stop using GrafSets and delete the app at any time. If you have a subscription, cancel it in the store (section 4). If you breach these Terms, we may terminate your license.

17. Changes to these Terms

When we update these Terms, the new version is published at https://gymcounter.graflogic.dev/terms with a new date at the top. Material changes are announced in the app or on this page 30 days in advance. Subscription price changes follow Apple's and Google's notice and consent rules (section 4). If you keep using the app after a change takes effect, you agree to the new version.

18. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumers may bring claims in the courts of their place of residence (Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, art. 101, I). If you live outside Brazil, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
